Alisa designs online store delivery and contract terms
Alisa designs online store is intended for companies and individuals. The prices of the products include the value added tax in force at any given time. The tax breakdown can be seen in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Alisa designs’ customer register is confidential. Information will not be passed on to others. When placing an order, the subscriber must provide name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The order is binding after the customer receives a written order confirmation.
1 Service provider and online store administrator
Alisa designs (3094291-2) acts as the administrator of Alisa designs’ online store. The online store’s payment traffic is handled through services.
2 Service user
The user of the service is called the Customer, regardless of whether the Customer registers for the service. The service can also be ordered without registration, but in connection with the order, we require information from the Customer in order to deliver the order. These terms of delivery apply to all Customers. The processing of customer data is described in more detail in the Register notice.
3 Payments and prices
A reasonable compensation valid at the time is charged for the products sold, which is indicated in connection with each product. Prices for different versions of the product may vary depending on the version. The service provider has the right to change prices freely. Products are paid for when ordering. In the online store, you can pay by online bank payment or credit cards
4 Delivery and Ownership
When ordering from the online store, delivery is always by mail. The products are delivered within a reasonable time, which is normally around 2-5 days from receiving the order. If the product is out of stock or it is a made-to-order product, the delivery time can be 2-3 weeks. In this case, we always notify the subscriber separately by email.
If the order includes several products, the goal is to deliver the products in one delivery. If this is not possible, for example due to some of the products being out of stock, the products will be delivered in several deliveries.
The ownership of the products is transferred to the Customer immediately after the conclusion of the contract. If the product has been damaged during transport, it must be reported to Alisa Designs (anna-liisa(at)alisadesigns.fi) within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
5 Exchange and return and the seller’s liability for errors
Alisa designs grants a 30-day right of return for its products. The right to exchange and return only applies to unused and salable products. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In case of incorrect delivery, defective product or if the product has been lost during transport, the Customer must report it to anna-liisa(at)alisadesigns.fi without delay. Alisa designs’ responsibility for the order placed is always limited to canceling the contract and possibly returning the services paid in advance.
6 Changes
The service provider has the right to change these conditions unilaterally. When using the service, the user accepts the terms and conditions valid at any given time.
